our story

So Happy was founded by Bonnie, Kim & Tréa, a three generation family of food lovers with specific dietary needs. Tréa, Kim’s son, has been gluten-free/dairy-free for 20 years so Bonnie and Kim are experienced and knowledgeable in this area. Tréa’s sister, Alethia, has been completely vegan for 10 years adding in another facet.

Perogies are the flagship product of the company and we’ve expanded to include pies that are now available. They are delicious!

All products are gluten-free and vegan!

Whole ingredients

We use only whole food ingredients from our home-made, plant based cheeze to our potatoes and custom blend of gluten-free flour. Where possible, we choose organic ingredients.

We pride ourselves on providing quality products serving the gluten-free and plant-based communities, but are also committed to making delicious and wholesome foods that everyone will enjoy!

I wanted to send a note that the perogies are DELICIOUS! As a Ukrainian with celiac disease and cannot have dairy… these are amazing! Just had to let you know they are closest to the “real deal” I’ve had yet by far. Thank you 😊
